For foreign nationals with valid residence permits for employee, personal affairs, orfamily reunion in Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam, you may apply for visas free of charge at Chinese Embassy.

Visa Facilitation for Cambodian Nationals
with Valid Chinese Residence Permits
In view of the rapid spread of COVID-19 across the world, since 28 March, the Chinese government has temporarily suspended entry into China by foreign nationals holding visas or residence permits still valid to the time of the announcement, while continuing to provide visa facilitation to foreign nationals traveling to China for necessary economic, trade, scientific or technological activities or for urgent humanitarian purposes.
As China continues COVID-19 prevention and control measures, in order to facilitate people-to-people exchanges between China and Cambodia, the Chinese side has decided that, Cambodian nationals with valid residence permits for employee, personal affairs,or family reunion may apply for visas free of charge at Chinese Embassy in Cambodia from 22 August 2020 with appointments. Relevant personnels traveling to China are kindly requested to comply with the epidemic prevention and control regulations of the local governments after entering China. The above arrangement does not apply to personnel without the relevant valid residence permits.
