On the afternoon of Jan. 13, the launching ceremony of Publicity Month for Winning the 2022 "Culture City of East Asia" was held in front of the ancient stage on Gongyuan Road, Lucheng District, Wenzhou. In order to create a strong creative atmosphere, mobilize the participation of all sectors of society, promote the diverse charm of Wenzhou cultural tourism to people at home and abroad, further enhances Wenzhou’s image as an international city.

At the launching ceremony, the organizers respectively issued the letters of appointment to the experts from the Expert Committee for Establishment of the "Culture City of East Asia" and the Wenzhou’s "Ambassadors for Foreign Cultural and Tourism Exchange. The British anchor Alex, who serves as the anchor of Wenzhou Overseas Media Center’s video column "Eating all the delicacies in Wenzhou", and Percy, who is the Ambassadors for Wenzhou International Communication of Internet Culture, were appointed as Wenzhou’s "Ambassadors for Foreign Cultural and Tourism Exchange "
