The Shanghai Leading Group Office for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 has decided that from 00:00 on Sept. 12,Shanghai will implement the "3+11" quarantine and transshipment measures for immigrants destined for the 3 provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui.

The Shanghai Leading Group Office for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 has decided that from 00:00 on Sept. 12,Shanghai will implement the "3+11" quarantine and transshipment measures for immigrants destined for the 3 provinces of JiangsuZhejiang and Anhui.


For immigrants destined for the 3 provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, after 3 days of concentrated quarantine in Shanghai, they will be transferred to the local area in a closed-loop way and continued to be quarantined for 11 days.


That is, on the 4th day of the designated quarantine in Shanghai, the 3 provinces will arrange special vehicles to transfer relevant immigrants who meet the requirements of the transfer from the quarantine point to the destination of the 3 provinces in closed-loop way, and continue to implement follow-up health observations until the 14-day period expires



For those who have abnormal conditions during their stay in Shanghai (nucleic acid or antibody positive, symptomatic, close contacts, etc.), must follow the original procedures in Shanghai for investigation, diagnosis and treatment or concentrated quarantine for medical observation for 14 days.


For immigrants whose destination is Shanghaithe measure of "7 days quarantine-in-concentration + 7 days home-isolation" will still be implemented. 


For immigrants whose destination is outside of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, they will still be concentrated and quarantined in Shanghai for 14 days in accordance with the current practice.
