The severity of typhoon increases in turn
According to Wenzhou Meteorological Observatory, “Hagupit” will make landfall along the coast from Wenling to Fuding from the night of Aug 3 to early tomorrow morning at a speed of about 24 kilometers per hour. 
Affected by "Hagupit", it is expected that there will be heavy rains in Wenzhou from Aug 3 night to Aug 4 morning.There are strong winds at 8-11 level in the coastal plains and northern areas of Wenzhou.
Trains are out of service
After 14:05 on August 3, all trains passing through Wenzhou South Railway Station were suspended,The specific recovery time is to be determined.
