According to Wenzhou Meteorological Observatory, “Hagupit” will make landfall along the coast from Wenling to Fuding from the night of Aug 3 to early tomorrow morning at a speed of about 24 kilometers per hour.
After 14:05 on August 3, all trains passing through Wenzhou South Railway Station were suspended,The specific recovery time is to be determined.
