Character Profile:    

Liu Lingran, graduated from the University of Turin in Italy, majoring in Economics and Management, is now the Assistant General Manager of Zhejiang Branch of Lakala Payment Co., LTD


His five years of study and life experience in Europe give him profound independent learning and practical ability. After returning to China, Liu Lingran devoted himself to the booming Internet and mobile payment industry in China. He has more than ten years of industry experience. He pays special attention to the development of digital economy in Wenzhou, putting forth active proposals for the construction of mobile payment and smart city, and promoting the introduction and implementation of relevant management methods. In addition, he cooperated with Wenzhou Transportation Group to put forward a proposal to improve mobile payment in public transport, which facilitated the diversification and convenience of instant payment.
