Character Profile:     

He Yang, a Master of Laws (LLM) and a graduate of the University of East Anglia, is now a senior partner at Zhejiang People's Union Law Firm. Furthermore, she is a second grade lawyer, a deputy to the Lucheng District People's Congress, a member of the Ministry of Justice's national talent pool of 1,000 foreign-related lawyers, the director of the Wenzhou Lawyer Association's Foreign-related and Maritime Business Professional Committee, and the director of the Legal Advisory Committee of Wenzhou Returned Overseas Chinese Federation.

She began to do the work of popularizing legal knowledge for the masses by video in 2018, and so far has released more than 300 short videos, which have made more people to get to know her. She has used her professional knowledge to help the citizens, solving legal problems for them. “Lawyers are an important force in rule of law” said He Yang. She hopes that more people will pay attention to the lawyers' profession and correctly understand their work. At the same time, lawyers should take up more social responsibility and make contributions to the development of her hometown with their professional knowledge.
