A few years ago, Alex moved his house to the vicinity of Sanyang Wetland, and since then he has fallen in love with this ecological park in front of his house. He told us that he very often takes his children here for walks and play, and he would also take videos for the Sanyang Wetland in different seasons, then edit and post these videos on overseas social media platforms. Alex said: “When I uploaded a video about my life in China on my overseas video platform, I saw a comment from a netizen saying that he really wants to see the ecological environment in China. I immediately decided to show them the scenery at my doorstep.” 

Sanyang Wetland is located in Ouhai District, Wenzhou. Rivers in the wetland are intertwined vertically and dense like spider webs, forming more than 160 "small islands" of various sizes and shapes. Rafting on the water and traveling around the island is like being in a paradise. It is reported that the Sanyang Wetland has played an important role for Wenzhou in providing water resources, regulating climate, conserving water sources, storing floods, preventing droughts, degrading pollutants and protecting biodiversity. Planning experts believe that if Daluo Mountain is the lung of Wenzhou, the Sanyang Wetland can be called the "Kidney of Wenzhou."
