In response to the recent domestic confirmed cases in many places in China, the Lucheng District Office of the Leading Group for the COVID-19 Prevention and Control issued a notice on Dec.8 upon strengthening the COVID-19 prevention and control in winter and spring.
In winter and spring, as the temperature gradually decreases, the coronavirus has entered a new active period. Due to the long incubation period of the coronavirus, increased population movement, reduced vigilance of some people and the high-occurrence season of respiratory diseases, the situation of COVID-19 prevention and control has become more severe. In order to protect the health and safety of the people, a notice is now issued upon strengthening the COVID-19 prevention and control work in winter and spring.
The general public should do a good job in personal protection: Firmly establish the health concept that "Yourself is the one taking chief responsibility for your own health", and insist on the healthy lifestyles and behaviors as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating more, gathering less, keeping distance with each other at least "one-meter away", using public chopsticks and so on. When taking public transportation and entering crowded places, it is necessary to scientifically wear masks and actively cooperate with normalized COVID-19 prevention and control measures such as do the temperature measurement and show the health code.
Pay attention to the health of yourself and your family members. Once symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, etc. develop, immediately go to the nearest fever clinic and actively inform the activity track and contact history within 14 days. Please wear a mask on your way to hospital and avoid public transportation as much as possible.
In response to the recent occurrence of domestic confirmed cases in many places in China, the general public is reminded: If you need to go out, you must pay attention to the risk level of the pandemic at the destination and take personal protection throughout your whole journey. Anyone who comes back to Lucheng District from a high-risk area must report to the neighborhood (community) and unit where they are located immediately, and provide a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 7 days before arrival, or be able to show the "Green Health Code" that contains negative information on nucleic acid test. For those who cannot provide the negative certificate information of nucleic acid test, you should go to Wanrong Comprehensive Service Point (Address: No. 2409, Wenzhou Avenue) to receive nucleic acid test immediately after arriving at the destination. If the result is negative,you can go out freely under the premise of normal temperature test and good personal protection.
In view of the security for the public places of entertainment and leisure, people must adhere to the control measures "Health Code + Temperature Measurement + Mask": For the densely populated places such as airports, bus stations, farmer’s markets, large supermarkets, hotels, theaters, libraries, retail pharmacies, Internet cafes, chess and card rooms and religious activity venues, the main responsibility for COVID-19 prevention and control should be implemented. Daily routine prevention and control measures as environmental cleanliness, ventilation and disinfection should be carried out strictly. Health monitoring and protection for employees should be undertaken.
In response to the problem of imported cold-chain food, the notice advocates: Recently, buy less and eat less imported cold-chain food, try to avoid overseas shopping for goods from areas with severe COVID-19 situation. As you receive mail and parcels from risky areas, the outer packaging should be wiped and disinfected before you open them. At the same time, it is requested that restaurants and hotels temporarily not provide imported cold-chain raw food.
It is necessary to continue to carry out comprehensive environmental sanitation management actions and integrate them with the prevention and control of infectious diseases such as the pandemic and influenza. The aim of the actions is to promote civilized and hygienic habits for the whole people, strictly abide by the requirements of COVID-19 prevention and environmental management, and jointly create a healthy, safe, clean and beautiful working environment and living environment.
