In order to implement the “12 convenience policies over immigration and border entry-exit”, further optimize the living environment for foreigners and improve the service level for foreigners, the “Immigration Service Center of Lucheng Public Security Branch” jointly operated by Lucheng Public Security Branch and the Wenzhou Overseas Media Center (Wenzhou Daily) was formally established on Nov. 4. Xu Zhihong, the deputy director of Wenzhou Public Security Bureau, announced the official opening of the immigration service center.
