In order to improve the traffic capacity in the urban area and alleviate the urban traffic congestion, the Wenzhou City Transportation Group opened the BRT Line B6 on December 27 (The opening ceremony was held at 9:30 on the day).

The whole journey of BRT Line B6 is 28.5 kilometers, departing from South Railway Station to Qidu North Terminal Station, and its interval is 5-7 minutes. The unmanned ticketing system is implemented. The operating hours are 6: 10-21: 00 at the South Railway Station station and 6: 00-19: 30 at the Qidu North Terminal Station.

Departing from the South Railway Station, the bus passes roads along the line as Ouhai Avenue (not passed on return trip), Ningbo Road (not passed on return trip), Zhonghui Road, Xiupu Road, Ouhai Avenue, Loudong Street, Gu'an Road, Bantang Street, Guoding Road, Liuhong Bridge Road, Guanghua South Road, Guanghua Bridge Road, Lucheng Road, Renmin West Road, Renmin Middle Road, Renmin East Road, Liming West Road, Minhang Road, Xueyuan West Road, Xueyuan Middle Road,Xueyuan East Road, Qidu Bridge, Qidu Avenue, Feihong Street, Shazhou Road, and finally heads to Qidu North Terminal Station (available for round trip).
