The second salon of “GlobalFace Youth Talk” was held on the afternoon of the May 14th at Wenzhou Maritime Silk Road International Communication Base (International Youth Entrepreneurship Park). Safari, a young professional from the Republic of the Congo, delivered a sharing session centered on cross-border e-commerce, offering incisive industry insights and valuable practical experience.

Safari graduated from the Department of Computer Science, Wenzhou University. After obtaining his master’s degree, he settled in Wenzhou International Youth Entrepreneurship Park and founded Wenzhou Bizlink Trading Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, he has built up his personal social media influencer account, amassing over 100,000 followers overseas. He has also launched an independent overseas website, enjoying robust growth in his cross-border e-commerce business. Drawing on his in-depth experience in the sector, Safari elaborated on the operational logic of cross-border e-commerce from three dimensions: business development strategies, routine operational challenges, as well as professional gains and takeaways. His informative sharing proved highly enlightening to the young international attendees. During the interactive session, participants exchanged views fervently on hot topics including customer development, customer trust building, industry information acquisition and cross-border payment, creating a vibrant discussion atmosphere.
