On the afternoon of May 7th, the first session of “GlobalFace Youth Talk” was held at the Wenzhou Maritime Silk Road International Communication Base (Wenzhou International Youth Entrepreneurship Park). The first speaker was Ko Jungsuk from South Korea. A graduate of Tsinghua University, he has been based at the Wenzhou International Youth Entrepreneurship Park since the second half of 2025. He specializes in the footwear trade, with a focus on K-POP idol merchandise. During the event, Ko Jungsuk delivered an engaging talk on cross-border entrepreneurship.

The inaugural session of “GlobalFace Youth Talk” attracted about 20 international entrepreneurs from different countries, working in fields such as international trade, cultural media, and AI-driven content creation. After participating in the event, many of them remarked: “‘GlobalFace Youth Talk’ is more than just a salon; it is an open, inclusive, and insightful communication platform for international youth in Wenzhou.”

According to a representative from the Wenzhou Maritime Silk Road International Communication Base, “GlobalFace Youth Talk” is held every Thursday afternoon at the Wenzhou International Youth Entrepreneurship Park. It is open to young people from different countries and cultural backgrounds living in Wenzhou and even Zhejiang Province. The event formats include free exchanges, themed sharing sessions, and professional lectures. Participants are encouraged to draw on their professional, personal, and entrepreneurial experiences to share insights and spark ideas. In response to the actual needs of international youth, the organizers will also invite relevant experts to answer questions and provide guidance, with the goal of building a truly substantive, warm, and valuable growth community for young global citizens.
