Viviana, a coffee trainer from Espresso Academy Italia, was the keynote speaker of the first salon themed with coffee culture in the China-Italy (Europe) Cultural Exchange Base. She introduced the birthplace of the coffee tree, the history and culture of coffee, and a variety of tools for extracting coffee, etc., giving a brilliant lecture to all the guests present.
