From May 1st, the multilingual video programs produced by Wenzhou Overseas Media Center (The International Communication & Social Media Influencer Center of Wenzhou City) has officially landed on Portugal’s largest portal site - “SAPO Portugal Online”, and will be posted weekly. The video "A South African Girl Meets China-Gabon Friendship Hall" was selected as the first episode to be released. It has also become an important carrier for Wenzhou Overseas Media Center to promote its video programs to land in Europe.

The video "A South African Girl Meets China-Gabon Friendship Hall" is about the experience of Michaela Singh, an international volunteer who has lived in Wenzhou for more than 3 years, visiting the Shanfu Town, Wenzhou. With WenzhouDaily’s film crew, she came to the ancestral home of Jean Ping, the president of the 59th UN General Assembly and the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Gabon, and the China-Gabon Friendship Hall. According to relevant information, the China-Gabon Friendship Hall, with the theme of friendship and ethnic cultural exchanges between the people of China and Africa, displays Jean Ping’s charms on the international political stage, shows his deep affection to his homeland Wenzhou and China, witnesses the friendship between China and the Republic of Gabon.
