Character profile:

Wu Di and Zhu Yuerui, who were born in Wenzhou and studied in the United States, are now working in Shanghai.

This young couple is now engaged in the financial industry. They have once organized a warm charitable event by the use of 60,000 eggs.

Zhu Yuerui, a graduate of Columbia University, said that charitable event originated from an idea before they got engaged in 2021. There is a tradition in Wenzhou that new couple getting engaged should present wedding candies to neighbors. But they though the significance of wedding candy is over-exaggerated. It would cause so much waste. So, they decided to make a change, turning this expanse into a charity. They created a public welfare project together with the charity organization, donating over 60,000 eggs to children in impoverished areas. The children in the mountainous areas sent them paintings of appreciation at their wedding. They then presented the children's paintings to the guests.

From eggs to paintings, we see love and joy passed incessantly. Wu Di and Zhu Yuerui said this love story inspired their guests to join the charity.
