The yellow croaker fish, with its golden body, is given an oriental aesthetic element of good fortune. Located at the mouth of the Oujiang River, where salt and fresh water converge, Luxi Town in Dongtou has been a natural fishing ground for the yellow croaker fish to breed. And the fish here has a healthy shape, golden colour and delicious taste.          

There is no island in Halil's motherland, so the visit to Dongtou Island was an interesting journey for him. During his stay in Dongtou, he experienced catching fishes on the sea for the first time, and worked with a local chef to make a dish by taking yellow croaker fish as material.
