On the morning of March 18, at the launching ceremony of the "Daka China · Wow Spots" (Wenzhou) Internet International Communication Activity, "With you, Wenzhou will be Better", the bilingual theme song of the "Hai’Ou Community" was officially released. The song was written by Angolan singer Jennifer and composed by British musician Ludo Lupembe. The songwriter Jennifer joined hands with Ghanaian singer Percy, a member of "Hai’Ou Community", to sing this song.

The theme song "With you, Wenzhou will be Better" integrates Chinese elements into the unrestrained African music.
