Third Episode : The Fried Snacks

Mash the marbled meat, chestnut and other ingredients

 #3 Add materials and Mix up

   
Add chopped green onion, ginger and seasoning and mix up all the ingredients evenly

Flatten materials and Roll up

 

Flatten the beancurd and put 2 finger-wide fillings from the edge,then roll up and seal with liquid egg yolk


 #5 Cut off


Cut into 4-5 cm length

 #6 Fry


Pour the oil and boil it to medium rare, then add beancurd rolls into the pot and fry them until they are into shapes


Next, turn them over with chopsticks for about 2 minutes and go on frying until the color is turn into golden. Finally get them out of the pot.

Now, the Wenzhou snack “炸响铃” that is so thin and crisp as a bell are finished~ Is it mouthwatering to look at?


(The best time to enjoy the fried bean curd paste is the 3-8 minutes after it is just get out of the pot, otherwise you will lose its fragrant and crispy flavor)
