Wenzhou municipal “High-level Talent Card” is a talent-only service credit card jointly issued by the Wenzhou High-level Talent Association and the China Zheshang Bank Wenzhou Branch under the guidance of the Office of Talent Work Leading Group of Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee. It mainly provides high-efficiency government services and high-quality life-supporting services for high-level talents working in Wenzhou.

Who can apply for the “High-level Talent Card”?

The members of Wenzhou High-level Talent Association (including foreign talent members) are allowed to apply to the Office of the Leading Group of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee for the card through the App “Wenzhou Talent” or Wenzhou Talent Cloud Platform.

Free access to the VIP room service at Wenzhou Longwan International Airport. The cardholders make an appointment 2 hours in advance, then directly go to the front desk of VIP room and go through formalities with the card and valid documents. Free access to the Green-pathway service at the VIP Comprehensive Service Hall of Wenzhou South Railway Station.
