From June 2 to 3, the “Win-Win Initiative in Zhejiang” Overseas Enterprise Research Tour and International Entrepreneurs’ Zhejiang Journey came to Quzhou. The event was hosted by the Zhejiang Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT Zhejiang), Zhejiang International Communication Center, and Zhejiang Provincial Committee of China Zhi Gong Party. It was co-organized by the Quzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Quzhou International Communication Center, and Wenzhou Maritime Silk Road International Communication Base (Wenzhou International Youth Entrepreneurship Park). Ten international entrepreneurs from Russia, Germany, Argentina, Türkiye, Pakistan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and other countries and regions were invited to explore Quzhou’s industries and culture firsthand, witnessing Zhejiang’s innovative practices in industrial globalization and cultural outreach.

The first stop of the tour was the Qujiang Meigao Short Drama Super Factory. Spanning approximately 66,000 square meters, this facility features over 200 shooting scenes and can accommodate more than 30 production crews simultaneously. “The efficient, one-stop film production chain is truly impressive,” said Angel, an international entrepreneur from Argentina.

At Zhejiang Yinhua Digital Technology Co., Ltd., the company’s self-developed cold transfer printing technology has broken through the bottleneck of printing on natural fibers. The international participants noted that this “technology + culture” model is a vivid example of how Zhejiang manufacturing is reaching global markets.

During the event, the international entrepreneurs also visited the Doolittle Raid Memorial Hall and the Southern Branch of the Confucius Family Mansion.

The delegation further toured the Quzhou Cross-border E-commerce Public Service Center and the Cross-border E-commerce Selection Center. Covering over 2,300 square meters, locally made products from Quzhou account for more than 80% of the exhibits. Turkish entrepreneur Buse remarked that the selection center, powered by smart algorithms and an integrated supply chain, effectively solves the challenges of product sourcing and supplier matching for cross-border sellers, offering an excellent platform for international entrepreneurs.

At Longyou Foreign Trade Bamboo Shoot Co., Ltd., the company demonstrated Zhejiang’s expertise in high-precision, internationalized green ecological agriculture. Dennis from Germany said after the visit, “Zhejiang’s green industries have great stories to tell.”

By combining the International Entrepreneurs’ Zhejiang Journey with its own strengths in cross-cultural communication, the Wenzhou Maritime Silk Road International Communication Base presented local culture from a global perspective. Through the lenses of international friends and the business insights of global entrepreneurs, Quzhou’s industrial growth, technological progress, and cultural heritage were shared with overseas audiences in a more vivid and tangible way, telling the world the compelling stories of exchanges and integration between Zhejiang and the rest of the world.

Going forward, the Wenzhou Maritime Silk Road International Communication Base will leverage its platform advantages and connect resources across the province. Through the International Entrepreneurs’ Zhejiang Journey, it will help more Zhejiang industries, cultural products, and brands go global with higher quality.
