Wenzhou, which is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese, has nearly 700,000 overseas Chinese and 344,000 relatives of returned overseas Chinese. The overseas Chinese of Wenzhou descent have established 350 overseas Chinese groups in 131 countries and regions, setting off a surging wave of “making contributions to hometown” at abroad. In recent years, more and more overseas Chinese have returned back to invest in their hometown and start new businesses. In order to share the stories of “overseas Chinese and common prosperity”to the entire world, a series of video program titled with "Welcome to the 20th National Congress, Overseas Chinese Facilitating the Realization of Common Prosperity", which is sponsored by Wenzhou Overseas Chinese Federation, produced and broadcast by Wenzhou Overseas Media Center, has been launched. This series of video program is themed in "Overseas Chinese Helping the Development of Wenzhou", and aims to display a bunch of vivid practical samples reflecting the strength of overseas Chinese in the construction of the Wenzhou Common Prosperity Demonstration Area with a close-to-life, effective and popular method.

Wenzhou, as one of the national key overseas Chinese hometowns, has been sparing no efforts in providing substantial services to overseas Chinese. "Qiao Zhi Gu",located in Yongjia County, Wenzhou, is a sample and epitome of Wenzhou's service for overseas Chinese. Founded in April 2011, it is the first provincial-level overseas Chinese innovation and entrepreneurship base in Wenzhou. Now "Qiao Zhi Gu" has 6 platforms including Support& Assistance Center, Overseas Chinese Intelligence Forum, The Home of Returnees, Legal Consultant for Overseas Chinese, People's Livelihood Issues, and Sino-foreign co-operation. It has become a "window brand" and is well accepted by overseas Chinese.

In the video, Wang Pingping, Chairman of Yongjia Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, introduced us the development history of "Qiao Zhi Gu". She pointed out that Wenzhou has a strong atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship. As one of the innovation and entrepreneurship bases, "Qiao Zhi Gu"has been constantly expanding its functions to provide better services for more overseas Chinese.

In the future, Wenzhou Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese will create a better business environment and a more innovative atmosphere, improve the service mechanism to support overseas Chinese and protect their interests more effectively. We will continue to make contributions to the construction of a more dynamic Wenzhou.
