In order to publicize and implement the guiding principles of 20th CPC National Congress, in November 2022, the Publicity Department of the CPC Rui'an Municipal Committee launched an activity titled "Qingxiang Community- Millennium Happy Rui’an", organizing 10 youth publicists to visit various places of Rui'an, talking with 10 youth entrepreneurs, and recording their entrepreneurial experiences in the form of videos. 

In the third episode, youth publicist Wang Yixiang meets with Liang Feng, founder of Rui'an Black Eyes Charity Development Centre, to explore how to get our public welfare organizations offer more professional charity services for the public. With more than ten years of hard work, Liang Feng has upgraded charity service level, running "Black Eyes" in specialization and standardization. Inspired by what he did, more and more people are committed to volunteering service now.
