At 22:19 on March 9, a positive COVID-19 case was found in Lucheng District. At present, emergency investigations are being carried out on the close contacts and sub-close contacts. Nucleic acid sampling and testing are being implemented. The inspected personnel have been brought under control, and the disinfection of the contact places has been completed in accordance with regulations. We hope that the general public will cooperate with the pandemic prevention and control measures. The follow-up situation will be announced to the public in a timely manner.

According to the requirements of pandemic prevention and control, starting from March 9, 2022, the containment area, control area, and prevention area have been designated as follows:

Containment area (Total lockdown): Building 41, 42, 43, Qunyi Building, Renmin West Road. And Yoyo Clothing Shop (No. 27, Dagao Bridge)

Control area (Partial lockdown): 1. East to Chengliang Bridge, south to Renmin West Road, west to Renzi Lane, and north to Xiaogao Bridge. 2. East to Fuqian Street, south to Renmin West Road, west to Chengliang Bridge, and north to Xiaogao Bridge Campus of Primary School and Shengli Commercial Building.

Prevention area: East to Fuqian Street, south to Renmin West Road, west to Xinhe Street, and north to Chan Street.

The relevant requirements of prevention and control are hereby notified as follows:

1. The management measures of "closed isolation, staying at home, and door-to-door service" are strictly implemented in containment area. There are stationed staff patrolling and providing door-to-door service 24 hours per day.

2. People in the control area are only allowed to enter, no exit. And gathering is strictly prohibited. Generally, people are required to take isolation at home.

3. Social control measures are implemented in prevention area. People are strictly restricted to make gathering, and are required to not leave the community unless necessary. If you really need to enter or leave for medical treatment, specific official business, etc., you must hold the relevant certificate issued by the local administration of pandemic prevention and control and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

4. The general public in the whole Lucheng district is requested to stay in Wenzhou and do not leave home unless necessary. 

5. All schools in the whole Lucheng district are temporarily suspended. All confined public places are closed. Other public places, communities and transportation vehicles are required to strictly implement measures such as temperature measurement, scanning the "Wenzhou Pandemic Prevention Code", wearing masks, disinfection, etc,. All kinds of gathering activities such as conferences, weddings, funerals and banquets are canceled. All restaurants in the whole Lucheng district cancel dine-in service and encourage customers to pack food away.

6. Those who do not obey the prevention and control measures shall be dealt with in accordance with the law, and those suspected of committing crimes shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

The above measures will be adjusted according to the changes of the pandemic situation.
