Huang Suping and her husband get married and travelled out in 1977. When they played all the way in their tour, they ate ice brick and felt this snack tasted so good. Later, they travelled abroad and tasted all the categories of ice creams from Italy and France. After coming back home, they developed the most delicious and the high-class ice cream. For the past 40 years, there has been only one taste of ice cream at her stall. And she had neither opened a branch, nor developed any franchiser so far. From beginning to end, only the little stall located at Youyong Bridge of Jiushan Road.

  The ice cream cone is not big, 10 yuan a piece. There are also round-box-packed pure ice creams sold there. The locals call the Jiushan ice cream the Wenzhou-made “Haagen-Dazs”.
